Spiral Dryer Fabric螺旋干网
Spiral dryer fabric is assembled from interlocking monofilament loops connected by pin yarns. The loops form a continuous belt structure that supports and carries the sheet through the dryer section while allowing moisture to escape.
The loop-and-pin connection differs from a woven fabric’s conventional seam construction. It should not be described as having no connection: the pin yarn is an essential part of the belt. P.Rise selects loop size, yarn shape and permeability for the dryer position.

Applications
The main application is the paper-machine dryer section after pressing. Industrial drying or conveying duties may also be assessed separately. A dryer position with a weak incoming sheet needs a different balance of permeability and support from one handling a stronger, drier sheet.
